Brief overview of the role

Working in a customer service role for a supplier and decorator of workwear, PPE, uniforms, corporate clothing, safety footwear and promotional clothing.

Vacancy description

Main duties:

  • Answering telephone enquiries
  • First point of contant for customers to the business
  • Replying to enquiries via email and website / social media
  • Supporting with invoice enquiries
  • Filing
  • Faxing
  • Emailing
  • Taking accurte messages

Working week: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm

Wage: £3.70 per hour

Expected apprenticeship duration: 15 months

  • Work as part of an efficient team and maintain fluid communication
  • Confident and capable of adapting to new situations
  • Good listening skills and can take instructions
  • Be able to deal with customers providing them with a good service
