Summary:

Salary: competitive annual salary of up to £21,000 dependant on experience

Hours could be between: 35 hours per week over 5 days, 8 hour shifts between the hours of 8am and 6pm

Duties:

  • Answering calls effectively to deliver an excellent customer service to our direct customers
  • Working productively as a team to achieve business goals and objectives
  • Accurately inputting customer information into our systems
  • Contributing to the overall customer experience by identifying successes and best practices

Desired Skills:

  • Established career in a customer focused environment
  • Understand the value of the customer and has extensive experience in customer
  • Capable of using a variety of IT Microsoft systems such as Excel

Personal Qualities:

  • Able to handle conflict in a professional manner
  • Ability to listen to customers’ needs and act accordingly

This position has been identified as an Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) role under the IDD regime which means that in addition to pre-employment screening checks, the successful candidate will be subject to background screening every 4 years with an annual declaration in interim years

You will need to complete your Customer Service, Personal and Social Development and Mental Health qualification, the training will be provided by Optimum Skills.
