Brief overview of the employer

Breeders and suppliers of pedigree rare breed animals and meat. The new shop is stocked with beef, pork, and lamb along with a range of other products including dairy items, bakery items and a small range of basic essentials.

Vacancy description

Main duties:

  • Serving customers
  • Keeping work areas clean
  • Abiding by health and safety
  • Learning how to weigh and cut meat effectively
  • Working with pork, beef, lamb

Working week: The farm shop is closed currently on Mondays and you will be expected to work a Saturday as part of your normal hours. Working 8am until 5pm

Wage: £6 per hour, with the opportunity to increase during the apprenticeship

Expected apprenticeship duration: 13 months
