About the company
We are looking for a candidate with the ability to work with clients across various industries from Retail and Cosmetics to Petrochemicals and everything in-between. Experience is not needed however strong communications skills, a good grasp of English and the ability to work towards targets are all a requirement.
The role may also expand to include supporting our UK based software clients as well as assisting our European Support Centre.
- 1st line support of our SDS authoring software ExESS
- Telephone, email and remote access support
- Maintaining client records and call logs in FreshDesk
- Liaising with the European Support Centre / Technical Support
- Potentially promoting Lisam’s Lite Software Solutions as well as services
Working week: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
Wage: £12,000 per year
Expected apprenticeship duration: 15 months
- Confident on Microsoft Word
- Good level of English
- Quick learner
- Basic knowledge of tech services
- Confident on the phone
- Willing to learn
- Must have a valid passport due to travelling
Future full-time employment is likely upon completion of the apprenticeship.
