Brief overview of the role

Working for a case management service for people of all ages, with a particular emphasis on those recovering from aquired brain injury and/or spinal injury. The role is to provide administrative, clerical and secretarial support services to the business. Delivering these services in an effective and efficient manner.

Vacancy description

Main duties:

  • Call handling and front of house inquiries
  • Administrating records, filling systems and digital filing
  • Booking of rooms, appointments and hospitality provision
  • Reconciling accounts, word processing reports, case recording
  • Assisting support team in completing duties; expenditure reports, creating files, facilitating training events, management of monthly records, supporting recruitment process

Working week: 37.5 hours per week

Wage: £138 per week

Expected apprenticeship duration: 13 months
