About the Role 

  • Format Candidate CV’s from original format to our format. 
  • Upload CV’s to the Candidate database. 
  • Collate and maintain up to date filing system for Candidate Documentation. 
  • Upload all ID to the Candidate database. 
  • Collate, print and send all temporary workers contracts and timesheets as directed by the Consultant. 
  • Answer all incoming calls to the branch in a professional manner and take accurate messages. 
  • Manage all outgoing correspondence. 
  • Scanning, typing, laminating, and binding when required. 
  • Collation of all marketing packs to be used for client meetings and events. 
  • Communicate effectively with all team members. 
  • Prioritise your workload and desk management daily. 
  • Present and represent the business in a professional manner at all times whilst promoting our services. 
  • Agree with the Directors weekly and/or monthly targets and objectives. 
  • Ensure that you deliver a quality service in line with Company operational procedures. 
  • Ensure that you use the Candidate database correctly. 
  • Follow and adhere to all operational procedures and understand why these processes exist and need to be followed. 
  • Understand and support the vision and goals of the company. 
  • Build and maintain client relationships via meetings, site visits, phone and email. 
  • Source candidates effectively via job boards, internal database, social media and employment engagement companies. 
  • Providing necessary admin support to the directors. 
  • Compliance assistance of: GDPR and company policies and procedures. 
  • Any other duties the Directors ask of the employee in relation to the role. 

Desired skills

  • A confident personality with the ability to communicate well over the phone and by email.  
  • Good organisational and communication skills. 
  • Knowledge of social media 
  • IT literate  
  • Capable of dealing with businesses of all sizes

  • A willingness to learn and succeed.  
  • A friendly and approachable manner.  
  • Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative when required. 

Desired qualifications

GCSE’s, or equivalents, grades C/4 or above however this is not essential.

Working week

Monday to Friday 8.00am till 5.00pm with breaks

Total hours per week: 37.50
