Job Description

  • Training on all aspects of bakery production
  • Ordering from suppliers
  • Daily production levels, communication between all departments
  • Adhere to all Food Safety Regulations HACCP
  • Learn to set up / down machinery & clean
  • Food production timings
  • Labelling of all food product
  • Engage in continuous professional development as required
  • Be flexible and work as part of a team
  • Be prepared to work extra hours to meet seasonal business needs
  • Meet professional standards to ensure a high level of customer service in line with “Blackwells” name
  • Observe Blackwells Risk Assessment Covid-19

Hours: 30 per week

Wage: £4.15 per hour
