Scott first came to Optimum Skills on a Traineeship course at our Gateshead Construction Academy. After success on the traineeship, Scott joined Optimum Skills as a Property Maintenance Apprentice. The team saw a lot of potential in Scott and his ability to support the teaching of the learners, progressing him into a Trainee Tutor role!
